Artist Submissions

We are always on the lookout for artists to join our roster of talent. We present a mix of solo, two/three-person and themed group shows typically in 4-6 week intervals.

The Submission Process

Interested artists, please read this submission information carefully. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS to avoid having your submission immediately not considered.

Submission Costs

A $20 administrative fee is required for all submissions. We will accept cash, check or you can pay online using paypal by clicking here:

Submissions sent without the $20 administrative fee will not be considered.

STEP 1: SUBMIT ARTWORK FOR INITIAL REVIEW

We are looking for 10-15 professionally shot/prepared images of work - a large enough body of work to determine consistency and quality.

We are accepting submissions in the following formats:

  1. Web Links (PREFERRED)
    Send links to samples of your artwork available for viewing online to: submit
  2. Email Digital Images
    Digital images prepared as follows;
    • JPG Format
    • Resolution = 72 dpi
    • Image Size = 300 KB MAX

    Please place all image files in a folder and ZIP OR STUFFIT to reduce overall size.

  3. Hard Copy Images
    Professionally prepared images presented as follows:
    • 35mm slides in a slide protector sheet; or
    • 8.5" x 11" prints of artwork (must be clean, clear and professional quality)

All images should be labeled with artist name, title of piece and "TOP" to indicate correct orientation.

Please include a Self-Adressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) of appropriate size and postage for return of materials.

STEP 2: SITE VISIT AND IN-PERSON INTERVIEW

Artists determined to be appropriate for the gallery will be asked to bring 2-3 pieces of artwork to the gallery for in-person review, along with an artist statement, bio and resume. Artists from this group will be selected for inclusion in gallery shows, programs and exhibitions.
